You're upstairs with the boyfriend while i'm left her to listen
i hear you calling his name, i hear teh stutter of ignition
i could hear you whispering as i crept by your door
so you found some other joker who would please you more
i'm not angry
i'm not angry anymore
i'm not angry
i'm not angry anymore
ooh i know what you're doin'
i know where you've been
i know where but i don't don't care
cos there's no such thing as an original sin
i've got this camera click, click, clicking in my head
i got you talking with you hands, smiling with your legs
spent all my time working in a vanity factory
wonderin' when they're gonna come to take it all back
i'm not angry
i'm not angry anymore
i'm not angry
i'm not angry anymore
ooh i know what you're doin'
i know where you've been
i know where but i don't don't care
cos there's no such thing as an original sin
You're upstairs with the boyfriend while i'm left her to listen
i hear you calling his name, i hear teh stutter of ignition
i could hear you whispering as i crept by your door
so you found some other joker who would please you more
i'm not angry
i'm not angry anymore
i'm not angry
i'm not angry anymore
ooh i know what you're doin'
i know where you've been
i know where but i don't don't care

Elvis Costello - I'm Not Angry (03:08)
My Aim Is True Part 10.
I have this on the Right Spectacle DVD. Again just an amazing performance. Just wondering, is this an Elvis originalor a cover song? What cd did it appear on?

That because he was inspired by the sixties Motown on this album :) Excellent album- I can only recommend it! Most of his albums have been reissued and I am certain that "Taking Liberties" should be fairly easy to get you hands on- I know that I have it on cd even if it is quite old...
My Elvis Costello vinyl collection is my most valued possession!

It's an Elvis original. Although it first appeared on "Get Happy" an album he intended to be a homage to the soul sound of the 60s. This slower version appeared as a B side to the single High Fidelity and then appeared on the oddities and B sides collection called Taking Liberties.
